Listings

The service

Listings connects to an authorized Etsy shop, organizes available shop and market evidence, and recommends experiments for the seller to consider. Features, limits, and plans may change as the beta develops.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter these terms and may connect only accounts and shops you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for safeguarding your Etsy and Listings sessions and for information submitted through your account.

Etsy authorization

You connect Etsy voluntarily through Etsy's authorization process and may disconnect it. Your use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy's terms. Listings is independent from Etsy and is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

Recommendations and seller control

Listings provides research and recommendations, not professional financial, legal, tax, or marketplace advice. Recommendations are experiments based on available evidence. Listings cannot guarantee sales, ranking, traffic, conversion, revenue, or any other business result. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to change your shop.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload data you lack authority to use, violate another person's rights, or use Listings in violation of law or Etsy's rules.

Ownership

You retain rights in data you lawfully provide. Listings retains rights in the service, software, product design, and independently collected public Market Memory. The limited access granted to you is personal to your authorized account and does not transfer ownership.

Plans and payment

Beta access may be free or limited. Before a paid plan begins, Listings will disclose the applicable price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and any material usage limits. Separate payment terms may apply at that time.

Beta changes and availability

The beta may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed. We may limit, pause, or discontinue features and may suspend access needed to protect sellers, Etsy, Listings, or third parties. Do not use Listings as your sole record of shop or transaction information.

Termination

You may disconnect Etsy or request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal necessity, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Listings is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular result. Any limitation of liability, indemnification obligation, governing-law choice, or dispute process will be finalized before paid public launch and will be presented for acceptance when applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will revise the effective date and request renewed acceptance when a material change requires it.
